AI Engineer
As AI Engineer you build the AI solutions behind MX2: reusable skills, agents and connections between tools like Claude, Microsoft 365, HubSpot, Teams and Asana. You work the other way around, from the desired outcome back to the solution, and deploy AI for both our own team and our clients.

What you'll do
- Build skills and agents for repetitive tasks, reverse-engineered from the desired outcome.
- Build AI integrations with CRM, Microsoft 365, Claude, HubSpot, Teams, Asana and LinkedIn.
- Build automations and pipelines for SEO/GEO production and new business.
- Test and sharpen solutions internally before they go to clients.
- Help design secure, GDPR-proof data flows.
What you bring
- Experience building AI applications: LLMs, agents, tool integrations.
- Strong in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript and API integrations.
- Experience with or interest in the Claude/Anthropic ecosystem.
- Pragmatic: you build solutions that work, not just demos.
- Independent and results-driven.
- Dutch and/or English at a professional level.
