As Sr. SEO/GEO Specialist you're the senior who designs the strategy and executes it. You work across the entire search ecosystem: classic Google SEO, AI Search (GEO), retail and social. You build real organic growth for brands from e-commerce to fintech.

What you'll do
- Strategy and execution for SEO and GEO engagements, from technical audits to content strategy.
- Make brands visible in AI answers (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Google AI).
- Keyword and intent research, keyword mapping and international SEO.
- Collaborate with development and content, and train editorial teams.
- Steer on revenue and measurable results, not just rankings.
What you bring
- 5+ years of SEO experience, with demonstrable senior or lead work.
- Deep technical SEO and content strategy.
- Experience with or strong interest in GEO / AI findability.
- Data-driven, with tools like Ahrefs, Search Console and GA4.
- Independent, strong communicator, comfortable with clients.
- Dutch and English at a professional level.
